2004Outdoor - During the 2004 outdoor track and field season, Manley nearly broke the school record in the high jump, finishing with a season-best 6-10.75... that mark tied him for second on the program[apos]s all-time list... qualified for the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional Championship at Texas A&M... recorded a personal-best mark of 6-10.75 at the Tom Tellez Invitational, which gave him runner-up honors at the meet... captured the individual crown at both the Bayou Classic (6-8.75) as well as the Border Olympics (6-8)... finished second at the Whataburger/UTSA Relays... was third at the Angela Proctor Classic hosted by UTPA with a jump of 6-6... jumped 6-6.75 at the Texas A&M Invitational for a 10th place finishing... Indoor - Manley finished fourth at the Houston / RunSport All-Comers in the high jump with a 6-6 performance, which was the fourth best jump in indoor program history... Classroom - Manley was cited as a UTPA Athletic Director[apos]s Honor Roll selection along with dual memberships for the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club... earned UTPA Dean[apos]s List Second Honors during the fall semester.

2003
Outdoor - As a sophomore, Manley captured a runner-up honors at five meets during the 2003 outdoor season... recorded his best jump at the Texas Relays with a leap of 6-10.75, which was the second highest jump in program history... was second at both the Javelina Relays and UTSA/Whataburger Relays with identical jumps of 6-8... finished second at both the Dogwood Invitational (6-7) and Angela Proctor Classic (6-5)... notched an eighth-place finish at the Texas Invitational with a jump of 6-8.75... Indoor - Manley competed at the Houston Indoor Opener where he leaped 6-7 for a fifth-place finish... Classroom - Manley garnered Bronc Pride 3.0 Club honors during the spring of 2003.

2002
Outdoor - Manley won the high jump championship at the UTSA/Whataburger Relays with a leap of 6-6.75... was second at the Angela Proctor Classic (6-6)... recorded a pair of third-place finishes at the Drake Relays (6-8) and Javelina Relays (6-6)... was fifth at the Southwestern Bell Classic (6-4.75)... Indoor - Manley was fourth at the Houston Indoor Invitational in the high jump with a jump of 6-7).

High School - A product of Bethel High School, Manley captured the regional and district championship in the high jump, producing a best jump of 6-10... was a silver medalist at the 3A Virginia High School State Championship in that event... won every meet that he jumped in except the state championships, nationals and Penn Relays... finished sixth at the New Balance Nationals in the high jump... cited as an all-district and all-regional performer on three occasions... recorded his best jumps at 22-3 in the long jump and 44-5 in the triple jump... was a team captain during his junior and senior years... cited as an Honor Roll student... lettered in both basketball and track.
