A talented outfielder who transfers to UTPA after two successful years at Navarro Junior College... Known for his strong work ethic... Versatile player who can play multiple positions and has power at the plate.

Navarro Junior College: Batted .279 with 20 doubles and six home runs for homer Bronc Skip Johnson... He also drove in 25 runs and scored 21 more times... He had 23 stolen bases in 30 attempts... Played in 43 games as a sophomore... Helped lead the Bulldogs to the conference championship in each of his two years at the school... The team was also a regional runner-up both years he was there.

Waxahachie High School: Three-sport athlete at Waxahachie High School... Batted .400 his senior year at WHS with eight home runs, 23 RBI and 16 doubles... He was also 13 of 19 stolen bases... On the mound he was 15-3 with five saves and a 2.00 earned run average in 70 innings of work... He also had 50 strikeouts... He was a three time All-District 14AAAA selection at WHS.... Was also named newcomer of the Year... During his four year at WHS, he led the team to four District 14AAAA Championships, one regional championship and two area finals... Also participated in football and basketball.

Personal: Bodle is the son of Mary and Tim Bodle... born on July 23, 1979, in Dallas Texas... Has one brother, Rhett, and one sister, Faryn...  Majoring in business management.
