Chose to remain at home in the Valley abd looks to help the Broncs in the infield this season... After two years of work with the team, Molina looks to make an impression with the team this season... Saw limited action in the infield last season, playing behind senior starters.

2000 (Redshirted Freshman Season): Saw action in three games for the Broncs... Had four plate appearances, but failed to pick up a hit.

1999 (Freshman Season): Red-shirted.

Edinburg North High School: Molina played under former Bronc Coach Mike Duffy at Edinburg North High School... In his senior year, playing shortstop, Molina hit .435 with four home run... Molina participated in track and football.

Personal: Molina is the son of Homar and Irene Molina... born on February 2, 1980 in McAllen... Molina presented with the Presidential Award of Excellence and was named a South Texas Scholar while still attending Edinburg North High School... Molina is majoring in biology and plans to one day open his own physical therapy office.
