Biography

2024 Outdoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Competed at four meets, all in long jump… Was eighth at Cactus Cup… Notched a season-best 5.49 meters at 44 Farms Team Invitational, finishing 11th. 

2024 Indoor Track & Field (Sophomore): Did not compete in any meets. 

Prior to UTRGV (Northwestern Oklahoma State): Johnson spent the 2022-23 year competing in the Great American Conference (GAC) at the NCAA Div. II level for Northwestern Oklahoma State. She took seventh in the long jump at the GAC Outdoor Championships, jumping a personal record of 5.19 meters. Johnson earned four top-10 finishes in long jump in her first year competing collegiately and also ran sprints. She brings personal bests of 8.24 in the 60-meter dash, 12.84 in the 100-meter dash, 26.52 in the 200-meter dash and 1:10.34 in the 400-meter dash to UTRGV.
