Prior to UTRGV (South Hills High School): Stevenson was a versatile athlete at South Hills High School, competing in throws, hurdles and high jump. She was a two-time area qualifier in discus and holds a personal record of 100-11.00 in the discipline. Stevenson was a three-time area qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles and advanced to the 2023 Region I-5A meet in the 100-meter hurdles. Other personal bests include 15.94 in the 100 hurdles, 51.93 in the 300 hurdles and 28-8.25 in shot put.
