2024 Outdoor Track & Field (Freshman): Earned the silver medal and All-WAC First Team honors in shot put at WAC Outdoor Championships… Was second in shot with a personal best 15.25 meters at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight… Finished third in shot and 12^th in discus with a PB 34.24 meters at the Cactus Cup… Was fifth in shot at the 44 Farms Team Invitational… Made season debut at Texas A&M Invite, taking second in shot put. 

2024 Indoor Track & Field (Freshman): Took fourth and earned All-WAC Second Team in shot put at the WAC Indoor Championships … Was ninth in shot put at the Jarvis Scott Open … Finished 14^th in shot put at the Robert Platt Invitational … Tossed a personal best 14.49 meters to finish 11^th in shot put at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational … Made her collegiate debut at the Arkansas Invitational, taking second in shot put. 

Prior to UTRGV (England): Kuponiyi joins the Vaqueros after a decorated career across the pond. She earned bronze in the shot put at the 2023 England Athletics U20/U23 Open Outdoor Championship. During her 2023 indoor season, she took silver in shot put at the Southern U20 & Senior Individual Championship and was 13^th at the UK Athletics Championships. Kuponiyi won three gold medals at three indoor meets in 2022 – the Southern U20/Senior Championships, the National Athletics League Championship and the England Athletics Age Group (U15/U17/U20) Championships. She was also 11^th in shot put at the UK Athletics Indoor Championships. She boasts a shot put personal best of 14.13 meters.
