Outdoor - In his first season in a Bronc uniform, Miller recorded six top-10 finishes... best finish came at the Bobcat Open where he placed third overall in the hammer throw with a mark of 122-4... placed fourth with a mark of 130-10 at the Tom Tellez Invitational in the shot put... finished fifth overall at the Border Olympics with a mark of 136-2 in the hammer throw... notched a seventh place finish at the Texas Invitational in the hammer throw with a mark of 129-4... Indoor - Miller competed in four meets during the indoor track and field season... finished sixth overall at the UH/RunSport All-Comers Meet with a mark of 47-3.50 in the weight throw... finished 13th overall at the Leonard Hilton Memorial with a mark of 40-5.50 in the weight throw... placed 13th overall with a mark of 43-10.50 in the shot put at the UH/RunSport All-Comers Meet... recorded a 20th place finish at Leonard Hilton Memorial with a mark of 43-10.50 in the shot put.

Miller qualified for the regional championships in the shot put in each of his final three seasons at Los Fresnos High School... garnered National Honor Roll laurels during his senior season... was a three-time member of the Honor Roll and selected as a Who[apos]s Who Among American High School Students... earned five letters for Los Fresnos High School - three in track and field and two in football.
