Outdoor - Perez earned a berth to the NCAA Regionals with her first-place performance at the Texas State Open where she recorded a throw of 155-4 in the discus...in her debut with the Lady Broncs after a two-year hiatus, Perez notched a second-place finish in the discus with a throw of 135-3 at the Border Olympics...earned two more second-place finishes in the discus with a throw of 146-0 at the Javelina Invitational and recorded a throw of 146-2 at the Texas Twilight...finished sixth overall at the Houston Invitational in the discus with a throw of 140-5...earned an eighth-place finish in the discus at the Rice Bayou Classic with a throw of 134-5. 2005 Season
