Outdoor - Billups won the Whataburger/UTSA Relays in the 400 meter dash, recording a time of 1:02.49... placed fourth at the Border Olympics with a time of 26.63 in the 200 meter dash... garnered a pair of fifth-place finishes in the 400 meter dash at the Angela Proctor Classic (1:01.40) and Rice Twilight (1:02.51)... recorded a season-best of 1:00.44 in the 400 meter dash at the Bayou Classic where she placed seventh... Indoor - Billups finished with a season-best 27.69 in the 200 meter dash and 1:04.66 in the 400 meter dash at the Houston / RunSports All-Comers Meet... Classroom - The UTPA junior was named to the UTPA Athletic Director[apos]s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of 3.0 in both the fall and spring semesters... cited as a Bronc Pride 3.0 Club member during both semesters.

2003
Outdoor - Billups finished second at the Angela Proctor Classic with a time of 1:00.34 in the 400 meter dash... broke the one-minute barrier for the first time in her career at the Texas Invitational with a mark of 59.27 as she finished 10th... recorded a personal-best time of 1:05.32 at the Javelina Relays in the 400 meter hurdles... placed ninth at the Dogwood Invitational in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:00.34... Classroom - Billups earned Bronc Pride 3.0 Club honors during the spring semester.

2002
Outdoor - Billups competed in the 400 meter hurdles where she recorded a time of 1:09.23 at the Michael Johnson Invitational hosted by Baylor University... Classroom - The Lady Broncs[apos] newcomer was selected as a member of the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club.

High School - As a senior at Mercedes High School, Billups qualified for the regional meet in both the 100 meter and 200 meter dashes... captured the district crown in the 100 meter dash that season... earned MVP honors for the track and field teams in each of her last three seasons... cited as Most Improved Athlete in her first season with the team... lettered in track and field, volleyball, basketball and cheerleading... earned the Spirit and Desire Award on the hardwood... garnered All-American honors in cheerleading.

Off the Track - Billups is the daughter of Michael and Patricia Billups... was born on Apr. 5, 1983... has one brother - Robert... majoring in kinesiology.
